Once you submitted your order, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days after purchase. During busy holiday periods and sales, please allow for an additional 2 business days for your order to be dispatched

Any orders containing all preorders items will be dispatched under one package on the same day. If you wish for orders to be dispatched separately, please contact us for additional shipping quote or alternatively please make separate orders. Should products not available, we will dispatch available products separately and there will be no extra free shipping

You will receive a tracking number and link via email when your order is shipped. If you wish to receive tracking update via text message, please leave us note with your mobile number.

We offer free shipping across most Australia metro areas except Tasmania, Western Australia and Northern Australia on all orders over $89 exclude bulky items such as baghera

Tasmania and Western Australia flat rate shipping is $10.95 for order under $180 and free for order over $180

Northern Australia shipping is $26.95

PO BOX- Please write clearly your PO box address. Do not write your Australia Post address as it will be returned back to us. We will charge for another delivery if items are delivered to us due to incorrect address. 

We do Combined shipping. Please email us if you make multiple orders and wish to do combined shipping. Any shipping cost that was charged for combined orders will be refunded within 1-3 business days.
